In an effort to make this process as smooth as possible for everyone, we have developed the following application process:
If the property is currently accepting applications, there will be an open period where interested parties can fill-out a preliminary questionnaire to help us determine if the property you are interested in is a good fit for you. Once your questionnaire has been reviewed and it is determined that you are a good fit for the property, you will be invited to schedule a viewing of the property. If you are still interested in the property after the viewing, we will send you a link where you can formally apply.
